Chancy and Bruce Educational Resources, Inc. was founded in the early 1980s with a mission to provide comprehensive developmental assessments for children between the ages of 2½ to 8th grade.
Our standards-based developmental profile examines children in the processing skill areas essential for formal learning. We assess reading, comprehension, spelling, writing, and mathematics for children in grades one through twelve, while also profiling social-emotional maturity and attention-span development.
We provide detailed recommendations regarding school readiness, grade level placement, and diagnostic assessments when necessary. Our services extend to parent education, staff development, and prescriptive intervention strategies.
Evidence-Based Approach to Early Learning
Our longitudinal studies have followed children from 4½ years through high school completion, with our second study extending four years beyond graduation. This extensive research provides invaluable insights into child development and educational outcomes.
